I am writing this letter to thank you and your entire team at Raver Construction for the job well done building our home and guest home in Jackson Hole. Our primary residence and my business are in Florida and the logistics prevented my wife and I from viewing the project on a regular basis and that was a concern for us. All the concerns were laid to rest as the project moved forward. Your communication, attention to detail and the team's dedication in making sure my wife was happy with the project must be commended. My wife made multiple changes during the project that could have presented problems but your team was able to find solutions and complete the project on time and in scope. The quality of work is on display in every room. We wanted to take the time and write this letter and express our gratitude in how you built our home in Jackson Hole. We Love It!!!

To whom it may concern:

We are writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Tim Raver and Raver Construction. By way of background we hired Raver Construction in the summer of 2008 to build a new home for us in the John Dodge section of Wilson, Wyoming. Prior to selecting Raver we had met and interviewed five competing general contractors and chose Raver based on their experience in the market, the quality of prior work as well as their strong references.

We could not have been more enthusiastic about our experience with Raver and the overall outcome. On the front end of the process, Raver worked closely with us to understand our needs, interests and desires. Before the first dirt was turned, Tim and his crew knew what was most important to us. Throughout the build process, there was constant communication around issues both little and big. The crew at Raver worked tirelessly throughout the year under all conditions including the often brutal Wilson winter. The quality of the Raver crew is absolutely of the highest order and their attention to detail and perfection surpassed ours as the owner of the property. Raver's follow up since our house was completed has been simply exceptional, no issue is too small to merit their prompt response. For Raver it is very clear that your experience as a client for life with Tim as well as his crew.

The end result of our experience is that Raver built the dream home for us that we will live in for years to come. In addition, Raver completed our Wilson home on time (one year start to finish) and on budget despite it being a particularly harsh winter for building. All of this occurred while we were actually residing 2,000 miles away without the ability to monitor progress on a daily or weekly basis. There is no one we could have trusted more than Raver Construction to manage our best interests from afar for quality, timing and costs. Raver provides clients something that is a lost art these days: integrity and the fact that his word is his bond. When Tim Raver gives you a handshake on something it will be done. Between that and the quality of the work that he and his crew produce, I cannot recommend them enough. I encourage any interested potential clients to visit our home to see the quality of his work and/or reach out to us with any questions.

Sincerely,

Tim and Maureen Dibble

Dear Tim,

Now that we have been in our new home at 725 North Bar Y for a few months, I have to write and tell you how happy we are with your work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of both your team and your subs is exceptional.

Working with you through the construction was a pleasure. I appreciate your consulting me whenever a key decision had to be made concerning design or finish choices. In each case you presented several options and the relative costs in a timely and thoughtful manner. Your cost estimates were both reasonable and accurate. Truly a collaborative partnership with you, the architect and myself.

My wife and I have built several homes. but you are the first builder that we considered a cost plus contract. As you know we needed to move forward with construction due to weather considerations before we had the house fully specified. Your references were so strong that we took that leap of faith. Your honesty and integrity shown through as we moved forward. Your books were open to me with detailed invoices from subs, material providers, and yours teams time sheets. Construction was on budget and complete in twelve months, building through a very tough winter.

What a great experience working with you and your team. Thanks again for a terrific job.

Sincerely,

Alan Connor

To Whom It May Concern:

Timothy J. Raver Construction was the general contractor for Bank of Jackson Hole's Alpine facility. This building contains approximately 7,000 square feet in two stories plus a full basement. The facility was a complex project that incuded an underground vault, an elevator, extensive interior and exterior logwork, a vaulted two-story lobby with fireplace, and specialized requirements for banking equipment, drive-up facilities, teller counters and security.

Timothy J. Raver Construction completed the building to the highest standards and was on time and on budget. The owner, Tim Raver, worked with the Bank on value engineering, change orders and modifications while still providing the high end finishes that the facility required. Raver Construction balanced the demands of the Bank's desire for a high-end facility with the financial constraints of the construction budget, and delivered a finished product that exceeded our expectations.

We are proud of our new Alpine facility and feel that it is the highest quality building in the Town of Alpine. The project could not have been completed to our satisfaction by a less capable contractor. We are very pleased with our choice of Timothy J. Raver Construction and can recommend the company without reservation.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

In 2011 and 2012, TCHA hired Timothy J. Raver Construction, Inc. to be the lead on a design/build team for a 12 unit development of Townhomes on Hall Avenue in Jackson, Wyoming.

TCHA has developed seven different Affordable Housing developments ranging from eight units to 49 units in size. We have had many experiences when working with different contractors and sub-contractors. Working with Timothy Raver Construction was by far the finest developing relationship that we have experienced.

During the design process, Mr. Raver was not only knowledgeable and offered good advice, but listened and understood our expectations. Construction started on time and ran smoothly. Mr. Raver showed up prepared, was always available and communicated well throghout the process. He and his crew were thoughtful about the units and offered suggestions that made good sense and provided better uses of space. They were also respectful and responsive to all of TCHA's requests. The workmanship was excellent and the worksite was kept clean and organized at all times. The development was completed on time and under budget, and the punch list was so short it was almost non-existent.

TCHA highly recommends Timothy J. Raver Construction, Inc. We would definitely hire him again and are hopeful that we can work with him on another TCHA development.

Sincerely,
