A Personalized Approach
Tim Raver has lived in Jackson Hole since his family moved here in 1967. Tim worked for his then building contractor father at an early age and fine-tuned his craft by working for other high end contractors, including 10 years as a superintendent. Tim established Raver Construction in 2001 with a vision of building quality high-end custom homes at an economical price. With 36 years experience and a team of local hardworking, knowledgeable employees we have built ourselves a sterling reputation and a long list of very satisfied customers. Although quality construction is our motto, our building team strives to be cost effective for our clients as well. This does not mean skimping or "cheap" products, but rather using our local connections and business savvy to obtain the best value on the market.

Customizing Your Experience
The majority of our clients live and work in other states preventing them from overseeing the development of their home as they would like. Long distant communication with a client is of the utmost importance to Tim. We make every effort to keep our consumers not only informed with the progression of their home but regularly send updated photos and emails as well as conference calls with subcontractors or architects so they feel as if they are present during construction.
